28 Day Reset FAQ

Who is the 28 Day Reset for??

The Reset is for women who have tried to get a handle on their weight and menopause symptoms but still don't feel their best and need expert support.

How do I get a place on the Reset?

You'll purchase your reset bundle. We'll deliver your shake and book, get you registered and give you access to the community. There you'll be able to access videos, recipes, menopause info, reach the team and chat to other members.

How much time do you need from me?

We'll need you to complete a registration survey ( 5 mins) and pick up content once a day. Do that whenever works for you. We'll be on hand in the morning and evening in case you need us.

Are dietary preferences accommodated?

Eve shakes are plant based and allergen free. Our low carb recipes include meat and fish but can be subbed with vegan protein.

Will I lose weight?

Our course supports both weight loss and weight maintenance. Our shakes are low calorie but contain enough nutrition so you can safely replace a meal.Replacing breakfast and lunch supports weight loss goals. Replacing one meal a day supports weight maintenance.

I'm on HRT - can I do the reset?

YES! Our shakes are HRT friendly - they dont contain any hormones. In fact around 50% of our customers are on HRT.
