At Eve Biology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@evebiology.com. Returned products must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Please note that, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to nutritional products that have been opened, unsealed or partially consumed unless they are faulty.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In these circumstances, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@evebiology.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and our returns address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
For eligible cancelled orders, we will refund the cost of the products purchased and any standard delivery charge paid at the time of ordering.
Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@evebiology.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
