We hope you’re happy with your Eve Biology order. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will refund any unopened, unused and sealed pouches returned to us within the returns period.

If you have opened one or more pouches from your order, you can still return the remaining unopened pouches for a refund. Opened or partially used pouches are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the unopened products to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned products remain your responsibility until they reach us.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

We will accept returns of unopened, unused and sealed pouches within 14 days of delivery.

We cannot accept opened or partially used pouches for return or refund. As Eve Biology products are food products, once a pouch has been opened we cannot accept it back into stock or resell it.

How to make a return

1. Contact our customer service team using our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know that you would like to make a return.
2. We will provide the address and instructions for returning your products.
3. Return any unopened and sealed pouches that you would like refunded. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
4. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels until they have been received by us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged or faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and put things right.

Please do not dispose of the product or packaging before contacting us, as we may need photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of:

• Pouches that have been opened or partially used
• Products that are no longer sealed
• Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Sale items

Unless faulty, sale items are not eligible for return under our voluntary returns policy. Any statutory rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product or flavour, please return any eligible unopened products for a refund and place a new order separately.

EU customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Opened food pouches cannot be returned for resale and are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was approved, please contact us.

One return request per customer

Our change-of-mind refund policy is intended to allow customers to return an order that is not right for them. We reserve the right to decline repeated or abusive use of our voluntary returns policy.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
