UK Returns
We are happy to accept returns on unopened products that are returned to us in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original, unmarked packaging
- Fully sealed with unbroken seals
- In resaleable condition
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is carried by the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Items with broken or damaged seals
- Products not in their original condition
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@evebiology.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and our returns address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
