All Eve Rebalancing Shakes share the same nutritional foundation: 25.4g plant-based protein, 5.3g clinically proven prebiotic fibre, Ashwagandha KSM-66, Ginkgo Biloba, and a potent multivitamin blend — meeting EFSA criteria for safe, sustained weight loss. What changes is the experience. Variety makes it easier to stick to a plan so we've made our shakes to mix well with each other. 

Your palette is going to change over days so experiment. All flavours taste great with water. If you enjoy even creamier shakes then replace with nut milk, dairy milk or half water half milk. 

Vanilla

Smooth, creamy, and endlessly versatile — Vanilla is the most adaptable flavour in the range. Drink it straight with water and ice, blend with frozen berries for a thicker texture, or add an espresso shot for a morning coffee hit. ( go decaf if anxiety or hot flashes are an issue for you)  It also pairs beautifully with turmeric and flaxseed if you want to layer in healthy fats or an anti inflammatory boost.  

Strawberry

Bright, fruity, and naturally refreshing. Strawberry is lighter on the palate — ideal for warmer mornings or when you want something that feels less like a meal and more like a treat. Add blueberries for a 'berry blast' experience. Try it with coconut milk for a tropical twist that makes your routine feel anything but restrictive. 

Chocolate

Rich, indulgent, and genuinely delicious on its own. Chocolate is the flavour that makes women forget they’re on a plan. Add ginger which adds a zesty kick to balance the chocolate, or blend with espresso and ice for an iced mocha that feels like a coffee shop order.
