Understanding collagen
Collagen is a protein naturally found in skin, bones, tendons and cartilage. Ours is bovine collagen, hydrolysed into smaller pieces called peptides.
Each 10g serving provides 10g of collagen peptides and 9.8g of protein. Nothing else is added.
Like other dietary proteins, collagen is digested and processed by your body, rather than delivered directly to your skin or joints. Think of it as one part of a varied, balanced diet. Want to explore the science? Read our guide to collagen for women over 40

Bovine Collagen FAQ
Is this bovine or marine collagen?
It’s 100% hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides, derived from types I & III collagen.
Does it contain vitamin C or other added ingredients?
Just one ingredient: collagen peptides. No added vitamin C, flavours or sweeteners.
How do I take it?
Stir or blend one 10g serving into 200ml of a hot or cold drink or shake, or add to porridge or yoghurt. Once mixed, keep chilled and consume within three hours.

Bovine collagen comes from cattle, so it isn’t suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets.

Each 300g tub contains 30 servings of 10g
Can I add collagen to my Eve Biology shake?
Yes! Our collagen is unflavoured and works with all our shakes. Bear in mind recommended dose is 10g so only add to your breakfast or lunch shake.
